Are the formulations safe for sensitive skin?

We formulate strictly without synthetic fragrances, dyes, or harsh sulfates. However, active plant ingredients can be powerful. We strictly recommend doing a patch-test on your forearm 24 hours prior to full facial protocol to ensure your skin resonates with the botanicals.

How long does a typical serum bottle last?

With daily use (2-3 drops per application), our standard 30ml serums typically endure between 2 to 3 months.

Can I use your active serums while pregnant?

While our ingredients are purely botanical, certain concentrated essential oils or Vitamin A derivatives are commonly contraindicated during pregnancy. Please consult your physician with our ingredient list prior to use.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee the freshness of our shipments. If you receive a compromised or broken package, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement. Due to the sanitary nature of our skincare, we cannot accept returns on opened goods.
