Shipping & Delivery

We package every single order with immense care directly from our studio. Our aim is to deliver your botanical essentials absolutely pristine and prompt.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, complete with tracking details.

2. Domestic Shipping Options (Pakistan)

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days. Flat rate of RS 150.
• Express Courier: 1-2 business days. Flat rate of RS 350.
• Complimentary Shipping: We offer free Standard Delivery entirely complimentary on all orders exceeding RS 10,000.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer delivery selectively across the UAE and GCC parameters. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed precisely at checkout based on geographic weight metrics.

4. Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available within the courier's system.
