Shipping & Delivery

We package every single order with immense care directly from our studio. Our aim is to deliver your botanical essentials absolutely pristine and prompt.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, complete with tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges (Pakistan)

• Nationwide Delivery: 3-5 business days to all major cities in Pakistan. Flat rate of Rs. 280.
• Free Shipping: Delivery is complimentary on all orders of Rs. 5,000 or more.
• Payment: All orders are Cash on Delivery — you pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

3. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. If you are outside Pakistan and would like to place an order, contact us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to arrange something for you.

4. Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available within the courier's system.
